“This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. This house is even nicer than it looks in the photos. So charming and even decorated for the holidays which was such an unexpected nice touch. They thought of everything- there’s cozy blankets, extra pillows, and robes. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to actually cook here. The hot tub is clean and so beautiful to sit out on the deck amongst the trees. Very close drive to the grocery store, and to Rocky Mountain National park. If you are thinking about booking this house, it’s worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back!”

My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub while it snowed while listening to the river down below. My family and I love this place and will definitely be back. “Probably one of the best experiences ever staying with Airbnb! We stayed at Dancing Pines for 4 days while exploring the RMSP with the family. Kids and adults loved the house for being spacious, beautiful and full of places where you can relax even while on vacation with kids and teenagers. I will highly recommend this place for families with different generations since there are 3 levels with bedrooms on each level and private bathrooms. The house is well maintained, and you have everything you need, and it is located on the river bank with such a pretty view and the sound of flowing water that you can hear from the house. Life doesn’t get more zen than that. The host is super helpful, proactive and responsive. Karine told us ahead about the new rules of timed entry to the park that we didn’t think about while planning the trip.”

It is an updated and beautifully furnished house with spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a lovely deck with seating, a firepit and hot tub.
